Juan Pedro Domecq Solís, Spanish Horse and fighting bull breeder, died yesterday in a tragic traffic accident.
Heir to the stud farm founded by his grandfather, Juan Pedro Domecq y Núñez, this breeder and lover of the Spanish Horse, has always been closely linked to ANCCE. President of the Stud Book Commission for four years, he was the driving force behind ANCCE handling of said Stud Book.  In previous years, he dedicated his efforts to the treasury of the Association.  He was also president of the Unión de Criadores de Toros de Lidia (Fighting Bull Breeders’ Union), as well as a frequent speaker and writer.
