All payments for Request for Service 127 (Post-Deadline Registration) presented in October, November and December of this year 2024 will enjoy a reduced rate per horse. Instead of the standard €300 fee, the amount due will only be €200.   

In an effort to facilitate the registration of foals that are more than a year old, and that have yet to be registered in the PRE Stud Book (LG PRE ANCCE), it has been decided that a discount will be applied to all post-deadline registrations. This decision has been reached due to the many requests from both national and international breeders. As has been the case on previous occasions, the aforementioned reduction will be applied to all thoseequesting Service 127 (Post-Deadline Registration) between the 1st of October and the 31st of December of 2024. The reduced fee has been established at €200 (VAT included) per horse instead of the standard €300.

All field work associated with this reduced rate must be carried out by an authorized veterinarian before the 31st of March (2025). Thus, it is the sole responsibility of the breeder to present all of the required and duly filled out documentation for this service with sufficient time in advance.

Any amounts paid towards Service 127 that has not been used prior to the 31st of March of 2025 shall be made available to the breeder, who may use that amount for future LG PRE Stud Book Services.  Upon requesting another service, remember that the corresponding fee at that point in time will then be applied. No other discounts will be applied.  

Likewise, please be informed that as of the 1st of January, 2025, the fee for Service 127 (Post-Deadline Registration) will cost €400 (VAT included) per horse.  

The deadlines indicated herein will not be extended. 

Clarifications:

In the case of international breeders, please remember that the final amount may be higher due to handling expenses covered by the international collaborating associations or postage when sending documentation directly to the breeder.
