Purebred Spanish Horses have once again been included in the 2018 Marca España institutional video
The New Year begins with some of the most important promotional activities for Purebred Spanish Horses and the sector. National policy and public bodies have once again recognized the PRE as a national icon and one of Spain’s identifying assets.
Marca España has included the Purebred Spanish Horse in its traditional institutional video in 2018. Spanish horses are considered one of Spain’s most identifiable icons. The advertisement premiered on January first on Spain’s National TV and its International Channel just after the midnight bells to announce the New Year, and is currently being sent out to social networks of Marca España and ANCCE, at #SomosEspaña
The full institutional video will be presented publicly by the High Commissioner for Marca España, Carlos Espinosa de los Monteros, this month at a press conference. It will be shown at official events at the Embassies of Spain throughout the world. For now, here is a 1-minute section of the video.

This year’s advertisement shows the values of Spain and its citizens, such as our ability to work as a team, examples of our varied nature, our valuable traditions and some of today’s most modern advances in science and technology. Thus, with this, Marca España has once again expressed the importance of Purebred Spanish Horse breeding for Spain as the breed is found in 65 countries throughout the world. Undoubtedly, this recognition on behalf of MARCA ESPAÑA of Spain’s native equine breed grants it added value both nationally and internationally to make it a national icon and an identifying asset.

Since the initial contact with the institution’s team in 2016, this body quickly comprehended the importance of the PRE as one of Spain’s greatest examples of history and Spanish culture.
