José Barranco premiered with a PRE 4-in-hand to be tenth in the provisional

First day of Carriage Driving at the 2014 World Equestrian Games

At 11:27 in the morning, José Barranco with his 4-in-hand premiered in the Dressage test for Carriage Driving. He represented Spain with four PRE horses—Almonte 1, Distraído XX, Altanero Jem and Furtivo XLI; they obtained a good final score (66.49 points) in a very well executed test. The transitions were most outstanding and how the driver handled the horses. His deeds were appreciated by the judges, who were:

    Judge C: Christ – 157.0
    Judge R: Counsell – 159.0
    Judge S: Turbé – 162.0
    Judge V: Medina (ESP) – 166.5

    Judge P: Skar – 148.0
It was a good start for Spain Carriage Driving Team; tomorrow the Dressage ranking will continue with the participation of another PRE turnout, driven by Juan Robles and a 4-in-hand with Juan
    Antonio Real.

We will keep you updated about the events taking place at the WEG and the success of PRE representatives. All information will be available in this web site as well as the ANCCE profiles on Facebook and Twitter.
