The World Breeding Federation for Sport Horses (WBFSH) held their annual meeting from the 28th of September to the 1st of October in the city of Philadelphia (Pennsylvania, USA).  This organization is the only international federation for sport horse stud books in the world.  As is customary, ANCCE was represented at this meeting by LG-PRE stud book directors. 

Every year, this event becomes a meeting place for breeder association representatives from all over the world, where they discuss topics related to the stud books, breeding, and world (equestrian) sports.   FEI representatives also participated in the encounter as did a number of other official organizations. 

For the first time, Spain will host this important meeting in 2011. The encounter will be organized by ANCCE in collaboration with the WBFSH, which will translate into a major opportunity to promote the PRE as a sport horse with world projection, as has been the case of the PRE in Dressage at the 2010 WEG in Kentucky.
