On September 10th, ANCCE (the National PRE Breeders’ Association of  Spain), together with the Morera & Vallejo Group and MAPFRE Insurance  formalized a collaboration agreement, by virtue of which the 828 PRE breeders, who are currently members of ANCCE, will be able to benefit from a specific insurance product for Purebred Spanish Horses, with specific coverage and extremely favorable conditions.

Javier Conde Cerrato, President of ANCCE, Antonio Morera Vallejo, President of the Morera & Vallejo Group and Enrique Cid Sánchez, MAPFRE Regional Manager Director show their satisfaction upon formalizing the agreement. They stated that “this agreement fulfils a double objective; on one hand, it provides breeders with a product that guarantees full coverage of their horses, while on the other, it increases awareness among PRE stud farm owners of the necessity and usefulness of insurance to protect their breeding activity at an affordable price, with products that are suited to their interests”.

Among the commitments included in the agreement signed by these three firms, both MAPFRE and Morera & Vallejo are committed to keeping ANCCE members informed and advised. As Antonio Morera pointed out, they will
periodically report to breeders about coverage, products, legislative changes, and minimization of risks, to increase awareness among breeder and owners of the need to have insurance coverage to protect their horses against damages or that might involve third parties.
