Specifics for the PRE Team
ANCCE counts on a trainer for PRE horses that are competing at the World Championships. A clinic per month will be organized in which the pairs are on hand as the move forward to earn the established minimum for classification, if and when the corresponding health measures so allow. Places at the clinics may be completed with horses that have not yet attained the necessary averages, but that in the opinion of the trainer and the ANCCE Dressage Commission have possibilities of earning said score.
Clinics will be organized at facilities near where the horses will be competing to earn minimal scores to reduce possible travel time. The selection will take place to coincide with the Dressage Selection Masters by the RFHE in Valencia on the 4th, 5th and 6th of June. Participation is mandatory for all horse/rider pairs wishing to compete at the World Championships. The decision regarding the selection of PRE Team members is the sole responsibility of the trainer.
If the Verden Organizing Committee decides establish additional World Championship-related tests, and given that such events are announced at short notice, the ANCCE Dressage Commission will select pairs considered capable of excellence. The PRE Team clinic calendar will be announced as soon possible.
