    PROTOCOL FOR GROOMS/PRESENTERS
    1. Using a rope, the groom/presenter shall guide the filly/colt to the center of the arena and halt so that the judge may assess its conformation from the standpoint of its aptitude for sports.
    2. At the indication of the Judge, the groom/presenter shall take the filly/colt to the gate, and let it go free to perform the interior route (figure 8). The groom/presenter shall stand in the site as indicated by the Judge to assist the filly/colt to move as necessary to perform the test.
    3. The filly/colt shall move freely within the alleyway in one direction or another, as indicted by the Judges.
    4. The groom/presenter shall collect the filly/colt and move along the alleyway at trot and return along the diagonal at walk to then leave the arena.
    5. Neither the groom/presenter nor stewards may indicate any given movement in the filly/colt, other than making it change directions when the Judge indicates this.
    6. Any and all decisions by the Judge are final and may not be appealed.

    OTHER INDICATIONS
Fillies/Colts shall be presented without any protection or bandages.
Judges shall be appointed by the ANCCE Dressage Commission.
