Equestrian Photography Course at SICAB 2018, by Alberto Martinez Bracero
ANCCE has prepared an online registration form for this Equestrian Photographic Course offered within the framework of SICAB 2018 on Saturday, the 17th of November. This course will be taught by Alberto Martinez Bracero, who has a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, and a Master’s Degree in Equestrian Photography.
The course will run from 9:30 am until 1:00 pm, and again from 3:00 pm to 8:30 pm, in Sala Mezquita (Meeting Hall) at the Palacio de Congresos y Exposiciones (Fairgrounds) in Sevilla. Class size is limited to ten students to optimize the course.

Course Description
Objectives:
- Course created to increase photographic skills when working with horses. Target audience: all those who would like to begin or continue advancing in the world of equestrian photographs.
- Acquire technical and practical knowledge of photography, especially equestrian photography.
- Generate skills when deciding what to photograph.
- Expand portfolio.
During the practical sessions, students will photograph horses and riders at SICAB. Taking advantage of the various competitions coinciding with the course, students will photography as many resources and pictures as possible.
Class Schedule: 9 hours
Morning Session: An hour and a half of theory + 2 hour for practice
Afternoon Session: An hour and a half of theory + 2 hour for practice + 2 hours to review the photographs and consult doubts.
Minimal Knowledge: handle a camera
Each student must have his/her own camera and laptop for the classes.

Professional Profile
Alberto Martinez Bracero (Andujar, 1988) has a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts from the University of Granada Alonso Cano Faculty and a Master’s Degree in Photography from the Technical School of Art in Granada. He earned a one-year scholarship to study at the School of Fine Arts in Lisbon. After which he returned to Portugal to work at the Portuguese Photography Center. Later, he moved to London where he photographed musical and sports events. His photographic work has been on show at collective and individual events, both in Spain and abroad (Milan and London).
In 2013, he decided to dedicate his professional time to horses. Since then, he has attended a wide range of national and international competitions to cover an equally extensive number of disciplines. Likewise, he has photographed an ample number of stud farms in Spain and abroad.
