ANCCE & FIBES sign a collaboration agreement for SICAB until 2020
The 4-year agreement covers 2017-2020
This year, the International PRE Horse Fair will be held from the 14th to the 19th of November
SICAB will be celebrating its 27th edition and the World PRE Horse Championship
The National Purebred Spanish Horse Breeders’ Association (ANCCE) and the Palacio de Exposiciones y Congresos Fair Grounds (FIBES) in Sevilla have renewed their collaboration agreement for another four years to house the annual International PRE Horse Fair (SICAB). With this agreement, SICAB—to be held this year from the 14th tot h 19 of November—will occupy the entire grounds at the Convention and Exhibition Center, as well as the marquee dedicated exclusively to PRE mares.
On hand to sign this agree were the Vice-President of ANCCE José Juan Morales, FIBES general manager, Jesús Rojas, and the Vice-president of the SICAB Commission, José Varo.
According to ANCCE and considering the data from the latest edition, the economic impact for the city of Sevilla was €37.5 million; approximately 200,000 people came to enjoy the event. ANCCE has opened its online box office for ticket sales at www.sicabentradas.com, where you may purchase ticket for the 2017 edition of SICAB, the International Horse Fair.
SICAB will be celebrating its 27 edition, the 3rd World PRE Championship and the ANCCE Cup finals for Dressage, Doma Vaquera, Spanish High School, Show Jumping and Carriage Driving.
ANCCE, as the organizers of SICAB 2017, is the world-class Purebred Spanish Horse (PRE) parent association and the only body, officially recognized by Spain’s Ministry of Agriculture, to manage the PRE Stud Book and guarantee the purity of the century-old breed.
