We process your data to perform the economic, accounting, and fiscal management of our members. We process your data for the provision of information services regarding industry developments through informative circulars sent by email or postal mail and to advertise your stud farm by including it in the magazine 'El Caballo Español', on the ANCCE website www.ancce.com, and in other Association publications.
Your data will be kept for the duration of the contractual management between the parties.

For what purpose do we process your personal data?
To manage our relationships with participants in the International PRE Horse Trade Show (SICAB). - To publish in the official catalogue of the event, the ANCCE websites, Social Networks, and other communication media, the photographs and/or videos of participants along with their identification data. Likewise, photographs and/or videos of those who are awarded prizes may be published accompanied by their family members and minor children. The event will be broadcast on www.sicab.tv live and recorded. Provision of information services about industry news through informative circulars sent by email or postal mail.

Contractual relationship, legitimate interest of the controller, and consent of the data subject.
To which recipients will your data be communicated?
Data and photographs/videos may be transferred for the production of the Official Catalogue of the event, to publish them on Social Networks, ANCCE websites, and the event through the website www.sicab.tv live. The publication of images on social networks entails international data transfer.

Photographs and/or videos may be taken and published together with identifying data on the websites www.ancce.com, www.sicab.org, www.concursosancce.com, www.sicab.tv, social networks, the magazine El Caballo Español, and other Association publications.
Your data will be kept for the duration of the relationship between the parties.

We process your data to manage your request for the purchase of tickets for SICAB and for the management of access to SICAB. If selected; provision of information services about developments in the sector and SICAB through informative circulars sent by email or postal mail. 9 - LG ANCCE Forms
For what purpose do we process your personal data?
We process your data to manage the association's services and perform the administrative, fiscal, and accounting management of its members and breeders, and information about events, activities, and services of ANCCE by any means, including electronic means. The stud farm name, breeder code, and brand (iron) will be published on the different ANCCE websites for inquiries regarding your status as a breeder. Your data will be kept as long as you maintain your consent for this purpose and for the legally established time. No automated individual decisions will be made, nor will profiles be created.
What is the legal basis for processing your data?
We process your data based on our legitimate interest to provide the service to the breeder and based on your consent to publish stud farm data on our website. Failure to provide your data would make it impossible to establish any contact relationship between the parties.
To which recipients will your data be communicated?
Data will not be transferred to third parties. Your data will be transferred to the Ministry of Agriculture, AEAT (Tax Agency), and to all those Public Administrations that require it by virtue of a legal provision.
Stud farm data will be published on the ANCCE website for the purpose of disseminating information related to your status as a breeder.

For what purpose do we process your personal data?
We process your data to manage the contracted services and perform the fiscal and administrative management of our Association. Photos and/or videos may be transferred to other communication media for the promotion of the Trade Show. SICAB will be broadcast live from the platform www.sicab.tv.

For what purpose do we process your personal data?
Personal data provided during the payment process will be processed by the Association for the purpose of managing the collection of fees, registrations, services, activities, and other concepts related to the association's activity. Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to manage the payment and, subsequently, during the periods legally required in tax, accounting, and administrative matters. No automated individual decisions will be made, nor will profiles be created.

The legal basis for processing is the performance of the contractual relationship and compliance with applicable legal obligations.
To which recipients will your data be communicated?
Payments made through the website are managed through a secure virtual POS provided by the Redsys platform and the corresponding collaborating banking entity. No international data transfers will be carried out.
