These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the secure payment gateway (Virtual POS) and the electronic contracting of services provided by the National Association of Purebred Spanish Horse Breeders (ANCCE), with Tax Identification Number (NIF) G-41071960 and registered address at Cortijo de Cuarto (Viejo), 41014 - Seville (Spain).
Performing any payment or transaction through our platforms implies the express, full, and unreserved acceptance of these conditions by the user.

| 1 - Services offered on this platform |
| - Membership fees: Payment of entry and renewal fees for members and supporters. - SICAB services: Contracting of boxes, commercial stands, catalogs, and advertising at the International Purebred Spanish Horse Trade Fair (SICAB). - Competitions and events: Registration and participation in official competitions (Dressage, PSCJ, morphological competitions, etc.). - Other services: Any other item or service enabled for electronic payment by the Association. - IMPORTANT EXCLUSION: This payment platform is not valid for the management and payment of services corresponding to the PRE Stud Book (LG ANCCE). All Stud Book procedures must be carried out exclusively through its official portal: www.lgancce.com. |
| 2 - Prices and taxes |
| - Service prices are expressed in Euros (€). - As a general rule, the stated amounts include the applicable VAT in effect in each case. - Fees related to members and supporters are exempt from VAT in accordance with the applicable tax regulations. |
| 3 - Electronic payment process |
| - 1. Selection: Selection of the desired service, item, or registration. - 2. Payer data: Completion of the form with the required identification details (holder, stud farm, payment item, etc.) and security validation. - 3. Secure payment gateway: When processing the payment, the user is redirected to the external secure virtual POS gateway (Redsys / collaborating bank). ANCCE does not view, collect, or store bank card data. - 4. Confirmation: Once the transaction is authorized, confirmation will be displayed on the screen and a receipt will be sent via email. |
| 4 - Right of withdrawal and refund policy |
| The cancellation and refund policy is governed by the provisions of current legislation regarding consumers and users: - Events, shows, and activities with a fixed date (Art. 103 TRLGDCU): Refunds will not be processed for services related to leisure activities or events with a specific date or period of execution (such as competition entries, or reservation of stands or boxes at SICAB), except in the event of the suspension or definitive cancellation of the event by ANCCE. - Membership fees: Once the corresponding membership services have been activated after payment of the fee, the refund of the amount paid will not be admitted. - Incidents: In the event of any technical error or duplicate charge, the user must notify [email protected] immediately for its rectification. |

| 6 - Applicable legislation and jurisdiction |
| - These contracting conditions are governed by current Spanish legislation. - For the resolution of any dispute or litigation derived from payment or contracting operations on these platforms, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Seville (Spain), without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdictions applicable in the event that the user holds the status of consumer. |
ANCCE reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions for Online Contracting and Payment to adapt them to regulatory or technical changes.
