2 - Users and conditions of use
- Access and/or use of the ANCCE portals attributes the status of USER, who accepts the General Conditions of Use reflected herein from the moment of such access.
- Mere access to the website does not imply the start of any commercial or contractual relationship with ANCCE.
- ANCCE reserves the right to make, without prior notice, any modifications it deems appropriate to its platforms, being able to change, delete, or add both the contents and services provided or the manner in which they are presented.

3 - Registration and private area for members
- ANCCE platforms have private areas with exclusive access for members and authorized users via username and password.
- The USER commits to making diligent use of their access codes and keeping them secret, remaining responsible for activities carried out from their account.
- In case of loss, theft, or suspicion of unauthorized use of their credentials, the USER must notify ANCCE immediately via [email protected].
- ANCCE reserves the right to suspend or cancel access to users who breach these conditions.

4 - Intellectual and industrial property
- ANCCE is the holder of all intellectual and industrial property rights of its websites, as well as the elements contained therein (including, but not limited to: images, sound, audio, video, software, texts, trademarks, logos, color combinations, structure, and design).
- The reproduction, distribution, and public communication (including the making available mode) of all or part of the contents of these portals for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, is expressly prohibited without the prior and express authorization of ANCCE.
- The USER commits to respecting the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights held by the Entity.

5 - Links
- In the event that the platforms provide links or hyperlinks to other Internet sites, ANCCE will not exercise any type of control over such sites and content, nor will it assume any responsibility for them.
- The inclusion of these external links will not imply any type of association, merger, or participation with the connected entities.
- Those wishing to establish a hyperlink to ANCCE websites must ensure that they will not make false or inaccurate statements, nor link from websites with illicit content or content contrary to the law or public order.

6 - Exclusion of warranties and liability
- ANCCE has adopted all necessary technological measures to prevent damage and guarantee the correct functioning of its portals.
- However, ANCCE is not responsible, under any circumstances, for damages of any nature that could be caused by errors or omissions in the content, the lack of availability of the portal, or the transmission of viruses or malicious programs, despite having adopted all necessary technological security measures.
- ANCCE is not liable for information provided by third parties or originating from sources external to the Entity.

7 - Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
- The relationship between ANCCE and the USER will be governed by current Spanish regulations.
- For the resolution of any dispute or litigation arising from the access or use of ANCCE websites, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Seville (Spain), without prejudice to mandatory forums applicable in the event that the user holds the status of consumer or user according to current legislation.

ANCCE reserves the right to make modifications and updates to the information contained on its web portals, their configuration, presentation, and conditions of access at any time and without prior notice.
