Coinciding with the First American Purebred Spanish Horse Congress held recently in Guadalajara, Mexico, we are publishing the final conclusions collected by the various Presidents of the Latin American National PRE Associations participating in the venue. The following document expresses their support for PRE Stud Book handled by ANCCE.
Presidents from PRE Associations in Mexico, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Panama and Spain were on hand to sign the agreement.
