We are contacting you to ensure you receive the Bulletin regarding the reservation of Breeder Stands for SICAB 2010. The prices are provided so that you can specify the number of square meters you would need. This Bulletin is addressed to both those members who had a Breeder stand at SICAB 2009 and for those that are interested in reserving a stand this year, but have not had a stand previously.
The deadline for reserving a Stand is the 20th of September, 2010. Preference will be given to those who had one in 2009. Should the reservation not be confirmed, that space will immediately be made available to new requests, which will be granted in rigorous arrival order.
To reserve your stand now, send a six hundred euro (€ 600) transfer in the Caixa Bank account: C/C 2100 2320 55 0200168822. This initial deposit will be discounted from the final invoice for the Stand. Should the space confirmed by ANCCE at the request of a breed, and should the breeder then decide not use the stand, the deposit will not be refunded.
The conditions for set-up, schedules and general use are specified in the Breeder Stand Reservation Leaflet. Breeders planning to use videos, music or host musical performances, will have to pay a fixed fee of €100, which we are charged by the SGAE (Performing Artists Copyright Guild) for each stand.
