	19/02/2010 Annual ANCCE meeting with Conformation Competition Organizing Committees

The meeting with the Conformation-Functional Competition Organizing Committees was held at the NH hotel, Plaza de Armas in Sevilla on the 11th of February. This meeting is organized annually to inform the Organizing Committees about the latest incorporations and innovations in the organizing of the competitions. This year, with categories for both the judges and the competitions, this meeting was of major importance and this was seen in the number of participating Organizing Committees.  On hand at the meeting were representatives from Albacete, Andújar, Armilla, Aroche, Ávila, Barcelona, Cambrils, Camponaraya, Coín, Constantina, Estepona, Figueras, Gerona, Jerez de la Frontera, Medina Sidonia, Moguer, Morón de la Frontera, Oviedo, Piedrahita, Pozoblanco, Puebla de Guzmán, Sabadell-Barberá, Salamanca, Sant Martí de Bell, Segovia, Talavera de la Reina, Tarifa, Torre pacheco, Valencia, Villarcayo de Merindad de Castilla la Vieja and Zafra, as well as, four technical secretariats.

Representing ANCCE at the table were Javier Conde, President of ANCCE, Joaquín Molina, President of the Follow-up Commission, Jaime Molina, Secretary of ANCCE, and Jacobo Rojo and Javier Buendía from the competition department.

During the meeting various significant point were raised about the changes in the 2010 Rules and Regulations, the competition categories were explained, as well as the categories for judges and their assignment by means of a draw before a notary. The topic of conflicting competition dates was solved; everyone is now committed to holding this annual meeting on an earlier date.

Finally, the representatives were informed that ANCCE has made its conformation competition IT program available to all the organizing committees, free of charge, so that the committee itself can up-load the results to the Web-site, along with photos and videos of the horses.  In the case of Category A competitions, videos must be up-loading on the Web-site.
